OK, today has not been the best day, but I will give it a go.....
- Friday Starbucks: Tracy, Jennifer, Joanna and I met this morning for a Friday ritual coffee. I still have money on my gift cards so my coffee is free!
- Friday Jeans Day and Spirit Shirt: Jeans always help any day be a good day!
- Friday Cooking: Today we made Ham Hearts for the letter Hh. Only my Vietnamese family must not know what ham sandwich meat is because they sent bologna. So we had Ham (aka bologna) sandwiches cut into hearts with a cookie cutter. Hopefully I haven't scarred my students for life thinking bologna is ham!!
- The Sun decided to shine: This morning it was so dreary and cold. Who wanted to get up and go to work? Then this afternoon the glorious sun burst through the clouds and made for a beautiful day. I even took the "girls" for a walk down to the park and along the creek. It was nice!
- Three Day Weekend!!: Sleep and relax...... and try to work on report cards ;(
OK, I thought of five fabulous things. I guess the purpose of this activity is to force you to find five great things amongst a not so awful day after all!
