
Well, I thought I was back. My ear is feeling better, but the energy level has not returned. Planning takes a lot of energy!! But here is a go at this week's menu. Jordan will be with his dad this weekend, so lots of easy meals for me!
- Monday, Feb. 16 - Leftovers from Church luncheon. We had a retirement luncheon for Glenda Page yesterday. I made a pasta salad and hardly any of it was eaten.
- Tuesday, Feb. 17 - Dinner out
- Wednesday, Feb. 18 - Dinner at Church
- Thursday, Feb. 19 - Aloo Matar (Indian potatoes, green peas in a medium hot sauce) roasted chicken and porotta
- Friday, Feb. 20 - Fried Chicken Roll Ups
- Saturday, Feb. 21 - Leftovers
- Sunday, Feb. 22 - Lasagna
